the story of our process told in punctuation Initial Meeting During our initial discussions, whether they are on the phone or in person, we want to understand a few things: What does the project need to convey? What are the projected goals for the project? Basically, you do the talking, we do the listening. Concepting After the initial meeting we begin developing concepts. Creating 2-4 diverse approaches to the project, providing you with a wide variety of options. We present these concepts along with an explanation of the ideas behind the concepts. Concept Revisions Once the concepts have been presented, you have the option of modifying one of the concepts prior to layout of the entire piece(s). Of course, if you love a concept as is, we skip this part entirely. Layout When the concept has been approved, we take all of the content provided and create the entire piece, whether it is a full magazine or a brochure. All content and images are inserted into the layout and sent to you electronically to review. Revisions After you have reviewed the electronic file, we work with you on a set number of revisions (usually 3 rounds) to make any necessary edits and changes to the final product. Final Prep The electronic files are checked to make sure that all of the art complies to the printer's specifications, the files are compiled and sent to you or your vendor for final production of the piece.
